Here is what you d0.. Set an appointment and have them come to your house.
They want to waste your time calling - then you waste their time.
Here is what I did and so far so good.
Made the appointment and the guy came over and I asked him for his ID.
Kept it and told him I will not give it back until I get his company info and I am removed from the list.
He contacted somebody and removed me.

I keep blocking these calls on my cell and they continue to use a new phone number. They are telemarketing Energy Assessments for home owners saying they are working in conjunction with FPL.
