I received a call from this number stating the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call this number 253-236-0579.

Received a call from this number at 11:30am today marked only "Wallis, TX" with a recording claiming to be the IRS. The message said that they are suing us, this is a final notice, and to call back the number. The IRS does not contact people this way, no person named, and all around this was a blatant scammer. Beware, people! Do not be fooled!!!
