Recorded message stated she was with Process and Summons dept, and there were two charges of fraudulent activity linked to my name and SSN. Stated I must speak to Legal Dept. re case number FBA15399. Stated after served summons at my place of employment, my rights would be forfeited. I phoned the number and nobody was available to take my call. Left a message that Kelly's message must be intended for someone other than me as I just acquired this cell phone number. I then looked up the phone number and learned this is a Blackfoot, ID scammer who has phoned many other consumers.
