Used my name before 2008 marriage, stated I have 3 charges against my name and SS#...that I have legal rights and must seek them before 'served' or rights will be forfieted gave me a case number and said to call 860 726 7969 to talk to the legal dept. This is the same number as on the caller ID.
I received a similar call (scam) about a month ago and reported to police. Never called the number they gave me and when I tried to return the call to the number on caller ID, it was a non working number.

They have called along with another number saying my social has been connected to check or bank fraud and the voicemail said I will have a summons with two charges against me. I called them back and asked what this was about. Gave the guy the case number and he said someone would call back in 3 minutes. It's been almost 15min. Sounds fraudulent.

I keep getting called from this number. They claim to be looking to serve a summons on Keisha Watts. I am not, never have been and do not plan to become Keisha Watts. I refuse to call the number back, as I believe they are not a legitimate organization. Please track them down and pursue any and all legal action available!
