I got the same call over a month ago. I informed the attorney general and local police. These people are a scam and are being investigated. I would suggest that everyone who receives a call report them.

I also have been getting calls from this guy, he said he had papers to serve me, there is nothing that I owe that I would be served papers for, I searched this info and can see that this must be a scam! So irritating tells me to call 855-235-2230 of course I know that no process server would call before serving papers.

I have also been getting calls from "Tony Knolls". For the past week he has been leaving messages threatening to serve me court documents at my home or place of work. I have no debt and he never shows up, this is absolutely a scam. Karma will catch up to these sociopaths.

Said that it was close to a court date and gave a case number of 2016-63266 and failure to appear a bench warrant for me would be issued. I checked clerk of court for Orange county and there are no case's on file
