Debbie the exact same thing is happening to me right now. They are calling my parents, job, and my phone. I did what some other readers suggest and put a fraud alert under all three credit bureaus, block the number their calling from and contact your local courts to assure their are no such filings. If this continues I'm going to the Media. They don't know who their messing with!!! The number their calling me from is 802-881-0607 out of Vermont

I received this very same message yesterday, 3/4/15. Stating they were from the processing summons division and that two fraud charges were to filed in my county - associated with my social security #. I was told to call the legal department at 314-884-3221, before the summons is delivered to my work or home, as additional charges could be filed. No one answers and voice mail is full.
