A woman called and left a message saying that she was from the summons division of some company and was warning me that I had two charges of fraud pending against me in my county. She went on to say that I had to call that number back and address these charges of fraud before being served at "my place of employment or residence" or I would forfeit my legal rights.
Theyused my maiden name and I have been married for 6 years. They also called my husband's phone number and left the same voice mail for me.
I called the number back after dialing *67 first and they was able to identify that it was me? So weird.
This needs to stop! How can we tunr them in?
