I am so tired of these people, they call me every Month. Each time they give me the same information about a loan for 400 dollars from a cash advance company. I never took out a loan from a cash advance on line company. I inform them I have turned them into the FBI Fraud alert and asked them to please remove me from their list and not to call me again. They have the last 4 digits of my SS# and a very old address. They are always nice at first until I tell them I know they are a scam and then they tell me to get myself a lawyer and hand up on me. Really? Idiots.. If this was truly a honest collection, I don't think they would hang up on people.

There are several suits against me and they will contact me @ my residence & place of business if I don't settle. Would not give me any info on the company pursuing me and was very rude when I asked. They wanted the last 4 of my ss# & when refused; stated good luck and hung up.

They called my job and my relatives and left me a message about arbitration. I returned the called and they started giving me an old address and told me they gave me seven years to pay a loan that I did eight years ago. Totally scam. Be careful!!!

He had the nerve to call me again. I didnt provide him the number I was calling from. he must have caller ID because he called me back to see what the decision was. I told him he can do whatever he wants and I was aware this is a scam and said have a nice day.

Received a voicemail from Richard stating a lawsuit to be placed against me if I didn't resolve now. Would have to pay $859 to resolve or they will do everything to garnish my wages. They knew my employer from 7 years ago, last 4 digits of my bank acct number, and asked for my last 4 numbers of SS. I asked who is filing this against me and they said "Inside Capital" these include on-line loans such as Money Tree, Cashnet, etc. I know for a fact I never took out an online loan. He wouldn't provide me an email or proof/information of debt, but he said everything told to me is what will be on paper. This is definitely a scam if they can't provide documentation!

wanted to let me know about allegations before sending to arbitration of lawsuit. JD marketing had been trying to contact me but my old email doesn't work. He doesn't know I had my same cell phone number. Wouldn't give me his address or JDmarketing phone number. Told him to piss off. He had old bank name and last 4 of acct and SSN!

Left a message for a name I haven't used in a very long time stating there were allegations being filed against me with the local county clerk's office and they would pursue me at my place of employment and my residence.
I have checked my credit and I have no outstanding debts or collections against me. I received similar calls about a month ago from a company called T.A.G. that said the same thing. I blocked their calls and reported them to the Attorney General's office.

Someone called me saying I have an outstanding payday loan and they will take me to court if I don't pay the balance or schedule payments with them. I looked on my credit report but don't see any payday loans out. I know I took out payday loans about 4 to 5 years ago. How do I know this is not a scam

Abagail from Provisional Risk Services called me looking for my wife but were using her maiden name. Told me there were "allegations" against her. I asked what they were and she said she would only tell me if I could verify the last four digits of my wifes SS#. I told her no, she became argumentative and hung up. They called again today with a different #, same thing, I Googled them and they don't exist. I called them again on their BS and they told me to get a lawyer. Idiots
