It's a scam as if there a other person texting you. The imcoming message will sound like they are going to send a hottie pic only you need to download a file then Trojan reads all system setting and uploads your info without your consent. Cycles phone off/on. Then your phone is infected.

When I said the person with whom they wanted to speak wasn't available, he was perfectly happy to solicit me instead. When I deduced this was not an attempt to collect a debt but a company wanting to help settle ANY debt I asked to have my phone number removed from their system. He got very angry and asked how I had the authority to do this. I said, the law. I hung up on him when he made it clear he didn't agree that I had the right to have them remove my number from their bank.

I received 3 calls in 3 hours & finally had enough when I asked for the name, company and address so that I could write a letter to the Attorney General. The Superviser Kris Teska, said the company was Qwest, then added "we are a 3rd party vendor of Qwest" but when I asked for the address, he hung up on me. That is against the law. I am on the National Do Not Call list and Qwest's own Do Not Call List. I don't like that they are selling my name to 3rd party vendors.

I keep getting repeat calls looking of a David or Shirley Casteel. I have told these callers I do not know them I have had this phone number about a year now and the people they are looking must have had this number before me.
However that does not stop them from calling over and over. I am sick and tired of this. I work all night and try to sleep in the daytime but I can't sleep when the phone keeps ringing all day.
I have tried not answering the phone but the idiots lets it ring as much as 20 times before they realize well their not answering.
I don't have call waiting so the phone will keep ringing until either someone answers or the caller finally hangs up.
I DOON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO TO GET THE MESSAGE ACROSS TO THESE PEOPLE.

I received an unsolicited survey call from Qwest. I spoke with a polite young woman and asked her to include my number in their do-not-call list. She said yes. I hope she keeps her word.

I looked it up and it showed it belonged to "QWest" some sort of collection / telemarketer .
Someone needs to make them just say who they are and not terrorize people!!
