The caller left a message - My name is Rachel James, Senior ??? from RTS and we have been retained to handle this case. Its important that you return this call and left some sort of case # which I didn't write down. When I called back no one answered, I called later in the day and a man answered. What's interested is that the phone number she gave 1-800-583.0010 belongs to a company called Intimove, but when called they answer RTS. I don't know who these people are and I certainly don't owe them any money. They are unprofessional. My phone does not give my name, so why would you call and leave that type of message. And Rachael James sounds like the same woman who worked with a scam company called "Mediators, Inc". Be careful
