Caller said my brother was in an accident and gave my number to call to help him. Caller than asked me to verify my brother's name to make sure he had the correct sibling. I refused to give my 'brothers' name and the caller hung up on me. First of all I don't have a brother so that was the caller's first mistake!!!! SCAMMER!!!! DENIED!!!!

This number came up Out of Area so I ignored it. Then they immediately called again, then a third time it was weds at about 1:00 pm. Then weds night at 10:30 pm they called again two more times and I didn't answer. Then they Immediately called a third time and I answered it very annoyed, and a male voice was giggling and said this is Ralph and hung up. Very odd.

I've heard about things like this, but never actually encountered one. A fellow with very heavy Indian accent said: "Okay, Mr. Douglas, you owe a past due amount to the IRS. Do you have an attorney to represent you?" Then he said he could send one of his "agents" to my home to collect my "tax payment". The whole thing was sort of funny, but I could see these bastards maybe getting a CC number or check from an elderly person. Be careful but have a little fun when they call. The more time you spend messing with them the less time they will have to extort more naive people.
