Got a call while walking my dog. First spoke to Mike, he said a warrant for my arrest will be filed. I said I'm not aware of anything especially fraud. A felony they say. I have not received any written notices. Then passed me to a Ms. Thomas who could not give me any info on the matter. What kind of scam is this if they can't give you the info of the matter being filed against you. She said sealed. She was to call and leave a # for me to contact the filing party, no message. She called back 2X, but no message. I told her I know my rights. FDCPA will be hearing from me.

Threatens filing charges and having an arrest warrant issued for your arrest. Debt collectors cant have you arrested do they think we are dumb.

This company left a VM on my cell for someone I don't even know saying they had 2 felony complaints on them and that they were going to their home or office with the authorities to detain them. UMM are people stupid? 1. This isn't even that persons phone number and 2. I have never heard of pre-warning someone that they are going to be arrested. Idiots.
