I actually did not receive a call from this number. The number was on papers I was delivered by a random person that walked up to me. Im not sure what any of it means. It lists R.C.S. and the number 1-855-709-2846. It lists information and a date I have to be present at court. It looks as though they are representing a bank. Im not sure if I should go to court now. I only have 36 days and says something about answering papers. I looked up the phone number and it led me here. Has anyone ever heard of this company? Should I call them?

Calling contiuously leaving messages claiming to have a case on someone else. Told them they have the wrong number and the gentleman hung up. He. Was rude and would not identify himself.

Received a call from someone, said she was with RCS(gave me their address - P O Box 901 Morrisdale PN 07647 - but note, she tried to tell me New Jesey in the call) Supposedly, it's their 45th anniversary. They were wanting to send us degreaser, hand soap, etc. She asked me a number of personal questions and made me feel totally uncomfortable (frankly, if she had called me at home, she would have heard language no real lady ought to hear from a man). Is this even a legitimate company because I'm smelling a snow job here.
