Finally - they called and someone was there. It seems the company is Receivables Performance Management. What are they - a collection agency. They told me of a bill with Verizon that was not valid and wanted to collect on it. When I asked for their company name and address, so I could submit a letter for them to stop calling, the guys just asked are you going to pay this bill or not. I again asked for the name of the company and the address and he then said his supervisor was telling him to get off the line because I was not going to pay the bill.
