A person less than literate in English called to "help with compensation for Medical Expenses." Refused to provide an name and refused to allow me to speak to a Superior. Kept repeating the "message" of helping me. Hung up on me as I attempted to speak to someone in charge, reiterating that I'm on a Do Not Call list and that I was going to report her/him (?) to the authorities. Painful!
