So I had the same call as others in regards to travel credit from Resort Rewards. I called them back after sitting on hold over 5 minutes and waiting my turn a recording came on and said to leave a message that they would call me back. So I did with the intention of getting the address of the company. This woman who was all bubbly until I started asking her questions about the name of the company, the address etc. She first told she did not have the address then said that they do not give the address out. I asked if I look up Resort Rewards from Salt Lake City UT if I would be able to get the address all she would say is maybe. At this point she was getting testy. I told her that I wanted to be put on a do not call list in which her reply was that she was already doing it. I will continue my search for the address and if I find it I will add it to this message. Everyone has the right to write this company to complain since you never really get to talk with anyone that has a brain.

Robo call to my cell said that my vacation package rewards were going to expire and to press 1 to talk to someone. I pressed 1 and was put on hold 5 minutes. When they answered, I told them to remove me from call list. She said it was not a sales call and I could have pressed 2 to remove me from list but they never offered option 2.

person trying to say you get a substantial employee discount because you stayed with them before which is not true. when questioned she kept right on talking when asked her name she hung up. she wanted personal info to sell travel bogus.
