Call by an automated system at 8:52 PM EDT; caller ID showed above #. Would repeat message on pressing 1, but offered no further instructions or commands. Message requested call back to the same number and provided a file number. Called number back, but cannot reach any party; phone response system does not work. Three results: dial 2 returns to same menu; dial 3 returns to same menu; wait for operator yields, "number 9-0-1 does not exist".

We got a very threatening phone call from 866-350-0460, which belongs to a collection agency called Rubin and Yates. We are very concerned. We will meet up with our lawyer and see what he can do about this harassment.
