Blocked number. Left voicemail in very odd voice looking for a Charles Williams. Left this phone number and a case # to reference for important documents. Today I answered the call. Same person, with odd voice, asked for me this time. I told her she had the wrong number then she asked for my husband, charles williams. I am not married, never have been. Have no family with the name Charles....It was a very weird conversation. They are now calling my fiances parents house phone asking for a Charles Williams. I can only think it must be scammers.
