Scott Campbell is an illegal contractor for Seamless Gutters / 401 Painter in RI.
He use to run Domestic Paint and Gutter several yrs ago but lost his license for many reasons. He now works under the table and is still ripping ppl off, mainly the system because he pays no taxes or insurance but still, he, along with his gf, Nicole jones, manage to claim taxes on their child. Idk hw but apparently someone is helping them.
