Man w/ Indian accent left 2 Voicemails - identified himself as Sean from the Fed. Investigation Dept. (what?), calling re: a legal case using my name, SSN & physical address, requesting call back to avoid showing up at courthouse, having investigators & police knock on my door, etc. - I'm assuming it's a scam, and refuse to call back....
