Claimed he was from the IRS with a lawsuit fied against me. Caller ID # was 202-470-5938 With a caller ID # Washington DC . Claimed he needed my SS# in order to open my Case #DC 40618. Other number to contact back was 202987-5017. I did not give my SS# but he did know my name and address. Hope this helps to catch the scammmers
