This is a telemarketing call. I am registered on the DNC registry but that doesn't seem to help at all. The automated system answers when you call the number back and gives you the option to 'opt out' of recieving calls. I will believe it when I see it. Thanks FTC for providing a great "Do Not Call" implementation. Scammers still get a hold of me whenever they want.
