i receive calls from this number several times a month, but when i do answer, i simply get a voice-automated, "goodbye." i am on the do not call list. research has shown Sixtel to be a scam.

There was no message, just hung up. I don't know why they would be calling. Quite stupid if you ask me of a scammer why call someone to scam if you don't leave a message or have caller Id come up. That's like a robber leaving his wallet at his crime scene. Oh well I guess that's why we have answering machine. I don't pick up the phone unless I know who is calling.
