Received a phone call from Franklin Grant, from Civil Arbitration Group, Abereen,WA 306-209-3514, stating I took out a payday loan back in 2010, which I never did, asked him to send me the information in writing - never did
Received another call from this person using a different phone number 973-679-6943,and that he was sending information to the County Courts and that I would be served. Got another call stating he was going to call the Human Resources Department at my job to see have they can come serve me. (I have been out of work since 2009) He must have called by about 4 times in one day.

said they are going to take me to court for money that i supposed had deposited into my account from 2009 and didn't pay it back but they will settle for a lower amount.
