i thought that this was fake also. the guy called up saying something about coming to serve me b/c of fraudulent checks, i told him to come serve me because i dont write bad checks. However 25 min later he showed up to my job with a witness and served me. If only i would of contacted the # he gave me. Now i have to go to court in 15 days.

this company is calling and harrassing me at my job as well. i called back the number privately on my cell phone and some how they got that number now to. they have numerous people calling me stating they are from this agency and that agency. i actually got into a verbal fight with miss.little and infact she called my job back and told me " i am taking you to court, you fucking bitch!". i know at my job no matter how a customer talks to me i could never call them back and cuss them out, so hoe could tis so called collection agency do this? i may owe someone money but i think this company is a scam and steals peoples info offline.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CALLING MY JOB LEAVIN MESSAGES WITH MY NURSE MANAGER SAYING THAT I NEED TO CALL THEM IMMEDIATLEY OR THEY ARE GOING TO SERVE ME WITH A SUMMONS TO APPEAR IN COURT. I HAVE NEVER KNOW OF ANYONE BEING CALLED OR MADE AWARE OF THEM BEING SERVED COURT PAPERS AT WORK.

A bill collector that said there was a criminal summons. Even called my Sister-in-Law whom I have only met once. Threatened to come to my home. Times are hard and we are filing bankruptcy but this guy is over the top. There was no summons. He told my family he was working with the FBI. The most laughable part is the debt he is trying to collect is about $200. I told him to knock himself out, serve the summons and I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission for giving my personal information to my sister-in-law.

This is a scam. Called me originally from a 877 number and said a fraud complaint had been filed against me. When I looked up that number I found out it was a scam. Debt collectors trying to collect on phony debt.
