The first call came last night. My caller ID showed the caller as SSI. I answered, and a woman asked if I was registered to vote. I said, "What does SSI stand for?" One of the words in her response, which I don't totally recall, was "survey". She then again asked me if I was registered to vote. I stated I was not interested and hung up. During the day today, another call from them showed on my caller ID. Since this was AFTER I had stated I was not interested, doesn't that constitute harassment?
Another issue of concern is that SSI is also the acronym for a federal program that pays cash benefits to low income, disabled people, a very vulnerable, easily intimidated population.
Concern number three is, at work today, I mentioned the call I had gotten, and three other people had gotten calls from the same place.

the people from this company ssi telmarketer will ask you if reg. voter and ask if reg. to vote in kenturkey. when i told her no then she started to blank out and try to come up with a different answer to the ? so look for SSI 765-205-1442 and do not pick up the phone.
