3 days back I got a call from 315-307-3738 NY number. Caller called me by my name. So, he must have picked my phone number and name from somewhere. He said, I calling from the state department of IRS. a warrant has been issued against you. Please write down your warrant id.Then asked me to read it back to him. Then he gave me his name as officer Steve Jones, some badge id of him, his title as Investigation Chief,IRS Office 1 park palace
300 southstatestreet,sycruse ny 13202.
Then he says that over the next 30 minutes dont interrupt me while I tell you about the crime performed by you. He names some IRS act numbers and laws for few minutes. Then says these are three violations that I hvae done. He's going to release the police and police will reach me in 20 minutes to handcuff me and put me in jail for 72 hours before presenting me to court. If I am found guilty then i'll have to spend so many years in jail in alaska, all of my property will be sealed including my bank account and my car. then he asks questions like have i filed a bankruptcy, or tickted by police, or jailed etc. when i say no, he says you appear a good genuine person and i understand you might have committed the IRS violation by mistake. so how do you want to handle this? this is a tricky question. If you're there victim you'll fall for them. but if you're not a criminal or fraud and smart, you'll say you'll go to court. Thats when they'll hang up the call.

This has happened to me twice. the second time was funny as i said, you have already called me about it few days back .. lol

they'll tempt you for doing out of court settlement and saving from the trouble. They'll make you drive to buy some form of money payment card for them while they're tracking you on the call. Please dont fall for them.

call 911.
