I just put a complaint on IRS website regarding this call. It is a harassment for at least until that moment when you realize it has to be a scam call. Would want competent authorities to take strictest of actions against such frauds. It is not funny.

Same thing happened with me. I knew there was nothing I could have done wrong and I told them that I am patching this call to 911 as well to take them in loop but after a few messages this guy disconnected the call abruptly.
Where can I register my complaint regarding this? Should i register a complain with cops on 911?

I got the same call from the same number...its scared the shit outta me....some nigerian trying to scam us

This happened to me today and threatening that state department will take action if I don't call. bla...bla.. I am aware i didn't do anything wrong so....i identified this is scam call and reported same on IRS site

Just received a similar scam call. Seems like a different name: John Robinson, and then Douglas Black - IRS Investigation Chief - surprisingly not speaking from a "212"" area code. Asian accent. When I said, I did not have 2000 dollars that they asked for, they presented an instalment plan! 1000 dollars in cash. Instructions: "go to your back NOW"!
