I received the same call yesteday afternoon, 10/19 - he left a message on my machine saying the same thing. Doesn't ask for anyone in particular and has the east indian accent by the name of Steve Largent. Sounds like a scammer and real loser

I received a call from Steve Largent with an East Indian accent. Demanding I call him or federal charges will be filed against me. He sounds like the man who called me a few months back. He was Steve Modern from enforcement action phone number 213 401 2498 or 213 408 7026. Then again another name as Stan Gibson from the us treasury. Then there was Jane Smith from the IRS with a number at 202 506 9026. Checking online all the numbers except the latest 559 853 1507 have been scams. How can these calls be stopped?
