PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL GETTING A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER #347-394-0227.
These 2 individuals ALMOST succeeded in scamming me over $7,000 by claiming that I owe the government tax and never filed the D7 form that was supposed to be filed for change on address to be done in person at a local IRS office.
My gut isntinct saved me even while i was ALMOST reaching my BANK!!! Thank you LORD for saving me.
This individual insist that I will be arrested if I don't comply with the options he gave me to resolve my case, as if he is doing me a favor. I even received a 911 call while I was on the line with Steve posing as a police officer. Think about this, why would 911 call me? Steve was aggressive yet while I was schocked out of my mind, I was still calm while he insist staying on the phone while I was on my way to the bank. Finally I hung up when I knew that Steve was not actually tracking my travels to the bank. Then he kept calling me back 3 times in row while I was on the other line with the local police department to check if there were in fact an arrest under my name. Surprise, surprise, there ISN'T!
Felt like an idiot yet overall I'm glad I was not taken advantage of. BE VERY CAREFUL and if you feel threatened, still make a call to someone you trust even though he said you can't and your comversation is being recorded.
These 2 scammers better consider themselves LUCKY that I will never get my hands on them.
BE VIGILANT PEOPLE and KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!!
