It was a recorded message. Sounded like they were pretending to be a law firm, and you should call back or you would be in trouble with the IRS. "Don't ignore this message, etc". Called back - number out of service.

The caller was obviously reading a prompt. He called two times within two hours and left the same word for word messeges, even pausing between the same sentences both times.

Caller left voice message on cell on 9/17/2015. Said I needed to stop hiding from federal government. Called back number and Indian voiced man identified himself as IRS. This is false as IRS doesn't leave voice messages, and they only send letters
