I am very concerned for my fellow citizens who are not privy to the following aggressive threats:

1:58pm EST Received 1st of 5 calls from 407-385-8369l, a woman with accent of Indian Asian claiming to be from the IRS, announcing that there is a warrant for "me" and that I would be arrested within the next 30 minutes by my local police dept.

I asked for her to ID my address and she gave the zip code of a home that I rent for work, but not the home that our IRS tax forms are sent from and referenced which is where we hold our mortgage.

I told her that I must hang-up to notify my husband.

She called back and I ignored 3 calls. She left one vmail. I have transcription sent to email and text.

The last time she called, 2:08pm EST, she was belligerent. I told her that I confirmed with my local police dept (truth) and they said she is scamming (truth), and that my husband will notify the FBI. She replied we would both be arrested for not cooperating (with what?). I should have played dumb and found out what they want.

She threatened that I would be deported.

I told her that I was born in the U.S.and that the IRS does not call people threatening arrest and that she could get herself into great trouble for what she is doing. She eventually called my "b*tch lady" several times. I told her that the IRS does not curse names at people. She replied the same curse words and said that I am going to hell.

I filed online with the FBI.

They called me and ask me my name. I told them they should know my name if they called me. They tried years earlier to collect on a credit card I never had. They are unscrupulous scum. Simply don't answer.

BEWARE!! Do not try to appease these crooks by promising to pay. They will try to trick you into saying this. If you do, this will reset the clock on the statue of limitations for collecting ANY PAST DUE DEBT even if it has been over 10 years. Legally they will be able to proceed with garnishment and debt collection. Share this info!!!
