These people are terrible and relentless. I was getting about four calls a year. Pitch is that they talked to me last year about remodeling and that they agreed to call back. That never happened. Each time it is a different person with the exact same pitch. I finally complained and told them to take my number off their list. They responded by upping the calls to twice a month. I complained again and now they call me 3 to 5 times a week. Same pitch. Whoever insists they talked to me a year ago agreed to talk to them now. Ridiculous. I ask for their address and their response is bizarre. The last guy insisted those other calls were from someone else and I was being rude for not telling him about repairs I needed.

This person called and asked for me by name. When I asked who was calling, she said, "The Home Center." I thanked her and said, "I'm sorry, but we don't take these sort of calls. Please take us off your list." She said, "There's a charge for that now." I said, "No there is not," and again she disagreed. I told her that we are on the Do Not Call government list and she kind-of laughed and said, "Well that's different." Then I hung up. I would LOVE to know another place to report this...
