This is NOT Arizona Humane Society. Their recording says that but call the real Arizona Humane Society and they will tell you they don't use tele marketers to raise money for them even though this is a scammed 602 area code on a Verizon cell phone. Also if this number is not scammed it would tell you the party's name not just "wireless caller".
SO, most likely NOT a Humane Society calling but a tele marketer who is checking out phone numbers to see if the number is still good since they sell numbers to other criminals. This would be more believable IF they didn't just hang up when you answer.
