I just wanted to let you know I had a guy call his name is Eric saying everything exactly as you have written. He told me he was from my counties court and have me the number to monument which I didn't call I've been going through these scams constantly always this time of year. Today he called me from the monument number he told me to call the other day so he is a scam I told him do what he wants I know he is a scam he said ok he will serve papers and had my work address only cause he called last week pretending to be a customer who needed our address to send on payment I now look up numbers never call back everything needs to be sent to you in writing I trust no one now!!! They will tell you anything to scare you. They are going to have you arrested its awful it used to be people from India now it's people on the united states that's sick!

The exact thing has been happening to me all day. I've had to put a block on my phone now. They tried 7 times in less than 2 minutes!!!!!! First from local numbers, than from a restricted. Even bothered my brother. This is pure harassment

I just received a similar call. The lady wanted my address to send me legal documents. I asked what company she was calling from and she said its in reference to the firm Monument. She said she was under the impression that I was aware of this company and a lawsuit being filed against me. I said no I'm not aware. But she did give me their number to call. I'm going to call but I had to research this company first and this is the only site I could find in reference to Monument.

they called me stating that they were trying to collect money from a payday loan company but they wouldnt specify which company and how much was owed. They keep saying that they are going to send me to court and serve me with legal documents if i dont make payment arrangements with them today but i refused to do that so now they are continuing to call me.They wont even give me any information about their business other than the name monument.

I have told this company (scammer) to remove me from their calling list. They call my job and cell phone claiming there is a lawsuit against me, they are demanding money and my lawyer's information. I called the number back with my google voice # and the guy started threatening to kill me, saying very inappropriate sexual comments about raping me and my family. I have reported it to the FTC. What else can I do as a citizen to stop this? It is ridiculous

I found a Monument Collections and Financial at 2500 Broadway Unit B in Grand Junction, Colorado but, other than that tidbit of information, nothing else. I'm guessing the reason there isn't more is because they aren't a legit company. Hope that helps.
