I received a call first from the "office of the liason" stating they were going to be serving me a summons so I should call this office, 855/295-4658, and spoke with this rude person. They had old information for me and said I was guilty of check fraud for a payday advance loan. They couldn't tell me who my bank was at the time nor who the owners of American Electronics Associates are or how they are affiliated with Money Mart. It was weird. I said to send me the paperwork they have and will be happy to pay if it is something that has my valid signature and a copy of the check or agreement. Was I told here that, she got defensive again saying, "ok. We'll just send out the summons and you can deal with it in court." And once I told her, no, I am willing to pay it if you send me paperwork she said she would email it within a few minutes. After giving her my recent email address, I still haven't received it and have found multiple notes seeing that they are in fact SCAMMERS
