It's the old "lower your interest rate" scam.This time it's Tiffany instead of the usual Rachel, but it's the same deal: if you're dupe enough to give them your credit card number they'll "service" you (like a bull services a cow). I usually like to yank their chain a little but they said I was caller number 23 and I have no patience for this game. I just hope the others were also going to diddle with them and not actually get hooked. ...

Threatened me that I had a civil suit dated for court on Jan 15th and I had to return this call. Called my mom with the same information. Said I had a returned item with them. HAd my mom all upset from the call and then called and left me a threatening message about delivering papers to my home and job.

I was told the call was from CreditPlus. A Jeremy McGuire had put my name down as a credit reference. I have never heard of a Jeremy McGuire and I do not use my name as a credit reference for anyone.
