This number & several more that says TOLL FREE CALL is constantly calling. They leave NOTHING on the answering machine ,so we can assume it is a scam, survey or just an idiot telemarketer. NoBODY wants these calls & NOBODY gave them the number,so if they was NOT given our number,then they DO NOT need to call. Our number has been on the NO CALL registry list for over 10 years & they have verified it,(updated) NEEDS TO CALL THIS NUMBER, other than people that is known! Already have 30 blocked & then have to start over,they are constantly changing numbers & calling again!They called today May 31st at approx. 4:00 P.M. They are always a scammer in a boiler room, from past calls answered!

These people have called me 8 times in the last hour-and-a-half (a total of 12 times today), never leaving a message. A Google search shows the number belongs to Southern States Life and Health, but the caller ID just says "Toll Free Call." Further digging indicates they are affiliated with Assurant Health. I don't care who they are or if they are a so-called "legitimate" company -- cold-calling someone this frequently and never leaving a message is HARASSMENT and spamming.

Called 12/15/14 ten times from 9:15 - 4:23. Called 12/16/14 fifteen times from 9:05 - 4:30. Called 12/17/14 nine times from 9:01 - 3:51. Each day I filed a complaint with do not call. I was able to repeat the previous days calls into the new complaints. Today 12/18/14 they called once. Hopefully do not call has already stopped them from the excessive calls. If today was a fluke and they call again tomorrow numerous times I will file another complaint with do not call. I am a dispatcher for our local Fire Department. Got a call from this number yesterday. I answered the phone in the official manner that I always do. Had to listen to music for about 10 seconds, and then a woman came on the line and said "Hello?". I repeated myself, saying ******** Fire Department. She said, "this is the fire department?" I answered yes and asked if I could help her. She asked to speak to someone we have never heard of. She said this was the number she had been given to contact the person. I told her she'd been lied to. She said she'd remove the number from their system. Ha! I'll not hold my breath......

These people @ 888-628-9605, call at least twice per day. The message left on my answering machine is, "If you are not the (party), disconnect now". I am not the (party they are calling), and disconnect (hang up), however, they continue to call! Regardless, of discontinuing (hanging up), this is a daily and persistent annoying call for the wrong party. I have filed over 1,010 complaints to the "NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY", not only with this pest, but also 1,009 telemarketers (or other), and "THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" will 'NOT' stop these calls! If you view your phone bill (whether it be a 'Land-line or cell phone number'), you are charged each and every month for "FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES" which funds the "FEDERAL DO NOT CALL LIST". This is another "FEDERAL AGENCY", that is not only corrupt and does nothing, but also "SELLS" your phone number!
