This is apparently a Hilton Grand Vacations Timeshare service. It is not a scam, but it very much is unwelcome.
If you get these calls, contact Hilton and complain, have them remove your information from distribution to these companies.

keeps calling my office and my mobile saying that i needed to contact him regarding some legal issues involving me. when i called back, it was some sort of payday loan company using some scare tactic to get me to call them back. i told them to remove me from their calling list. i suggest if they call you, to contact the Better Business Bureau.

The company is a mobile company (no hard location) called the Auto Glass Shop. The phisher is named Travis. But they do have a main number (480) 385-2502.

I told Travis that I filed cahpter 7 bankruptcy 6 months ago, he ignored what I said and was screaming at me which is very unprofessional!! I am very upset with this company and especially the caller Travis!! They need to stop calling and I would like them to take me off their calling list since the matter is already resolved!!

This *IS* a SCAM. I got a call from 814-234-7699 stating that I had "underpaid" on my BofA M/C by a mere $9, and if I just give them my Check'g Acct#, I would avoid the $39 penalty. I told him that I never give out personal info to people who call me. He was inistent, but I refused. Later I checked my records and found that my BofA VISA did not end in the same numbers he gave me, and I was not late or underpaid at all.
**NEVER** give your SSN or any Acct# to someone who calls YOU! Identity theft can cost a LOT more than a late fee!

We received a call at the office from Travis with Charter? Caller Id picked up # 304-820-0086, it took 3 times for me to explain this was not a residence or home and the number needs to be removed. He rattled off 855-867-1979 and hung up?
