Returned call. Said they are the United States Prescription Card Department, having a high volume of calls and asked for name and address to have a card mailed. FRAUD alert.

This was some sort of prescription card company. When I called back, the message said they had a "high call volume" and could not take my call, which was clearly a lie, since it was Saturday at 1pm and not that many people are calling for "prescription cards."
