I questioned the representative before telling him that I do not own any credit cards & please remove my number - at which time he hung up on me.
Prior to that I was questioning him about the company name, he said "Card Services" and clarified that the company name is "Card Member Services" where they offer to lower your APR on your credit cards. Claims they work with all the major credit card companies like Chase, Wells Fargo, BofA, etc.
