Unsure Said Attorney

I got a call from the same number today. basically the same story..would not tell me any info except an amount of 223$ owed and that it was from ge capital. I recall no such thing. I called ge capital and they have no record of me ever having an account with them...

Said he was working for Attorney and that a complaint was filed against me regarding a dept from 1999. I am unaware of anything like this and he said I could settle with him or go to court. When I told him I knew nothing about it and had received nothing, he asked if I would like to take my chances in court. I said if that is my only option I guess so and he said good luck and disconnected the call.
