The same thing happened to me and when I called back they said they couldn't find my name or phone number in their system and the lady hung up on me. SCAM! All had Foreign Accents.

After receiving the same call from Adam Walker and then Danny Morrison, with their India accents, I listened to the B.S. and then said, "Ok, I know this is not how the IRS works and I don't owe any taxes. Please show me proof that you are who you say you are..." He replies, " Give me 45 mins and you'll know when you receive the warrant for your arrest.
They use fear to get people to pay for their SUPPOSED taxes. They call you a criminal and say there is a warrant out for your arrest.

They called claiming I had legal action taken against me and needed to return their call ASAP. Called the number back and got a suspicious voicemail with noise and call center style in the background. Neither the VM box or the "Phillip Smith" spoke decent English and had heavy Arab accents.
