US Federal Grants

He called stating that I won $6500 in Federal Grants that I do not have to pay back. The numver that showed up on my caller id was 0000000000. I usually do not answer if I dont know the number. He told me to call the number and reference A246. He told me that I would tell this other person when I called that I want my grant or something along that lines. I was told by a financial advisor that the government does not call you to give out grants for school or anything else that if you applied you would be notified by mail.

I was called and told I had been given a 7000 grant free from the government and all I had to do was western union 130.00 for the processing fee. I havent even applied for any grants so I dont know how they got my number....SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
