"Delivery of certified sealed documents pertaining to pending complaint. An agent will be dispatched to residence and place of employment. Call 877-958-9036. You have a 2 hr. window to contact case manager, failure to do so will deem information as verified for acceptance, and documents will be dispatched. A valid ID is required at delivery."
I called and spoke with a Jose Hernandez and it was indicated that this was a debt that was last active in 2007. It also appears that it is not my debt. I called an attorney and he said that statute of limitations has expired on the debt, and to call back and give them the state statute indicating that. I did, and Jose said he would "have his supervisor consult with the in-house attorney and get back to me." I've not heard anything since.

Received same call (as other poster noted) on 6.24.15 indicating the message was for a person named Tina.
Legitimate collectors want to establish a paper trail and will not rely on phone calls such as this scammer outfit is making.
