I received a phone call on my cell from "697" and let it go to voicemail. Checked voicemail, told I was going to be served with lawsuit papers at my place of work or home but to call the plaintiff @ 866-531-9659. Called number, Lane Powell and Associates, then spoke to Veronica who was pleasant enough until I asked for verification of the debt which she promptly said that I had two choices, pay 50% now or get sued. Not only sued, but an appraiser would come by my residence and appraise it and they will force me to sell it. I asked again and she hung up. Called back and asked for their full legal name, address and a document verifying the debt and was hung up on again.
