Obnoxious guy kept calling even after I told him to stop calling several times. Probably about 10 times that he kept calling. It is intentional harassment. Said he's calling about Verizon. He was vicious in sounding self-righteous in bother us. Our phone number is on the National Do Not Call list. Obviously, caller intentionally ignoring and violating the law.
