The telephone number 206-395-7171 appeared on my caller i.d. several times a day for weeks. I answered one day and there was a recording. I answered another day and a woman said I will be receiving a free Washington Examiner newspaper two times a week. I asked her to put my number on their Do Not Call List. She said I will still receive the newspaper, but asked if I would like to give them my email address. I said no. She then asked, if I received the Washington Post. I said no. That is a lot of work to give away a "free" paper.
