They called my moms number, left a message about a case number, needing a swarn statement and threating criminal charges (which is against the law). What's up with these people? How can they get away with this. Funny part is, the supposed debt they are trying to collect on is a loan that I never received. Just an FYI for anyone else who may get calls from this number. Please post a comment so others will know it's a scam! Thanks

These people are sleezy collectors. They call and threaten you saying that you have a court date and the decision will be irreversible, if you do not show up. They discuss you with third parties, and give you a case number they claim to be a court docket number, when in reality it is their file number. They lie to put fear into people. If you receive a call from them with their threats, please contact the Federal Trade Commission to file a complaint.
