This person is extremately rude and has no good customer service skills at all, she had a very ugly attitude from the beginning til the end of the call... I'm so frustrated cuz it seems like we r going to b dealing with this type of people like martha who sucks at what she does, she is a complete bitch with no doubt at all, unfortunately I didn't knw I was going to b dealing with people like her, she said we haven't been paying insurance which is a total lie and we got prove of that, I hope this person gets fire and goes wrk somewhere else because dealing with customers is not her thing... by the way martha if u ever get to read this fuc#&!!!!
